Visualise the river you wish to help it may be a local one or one in a far off land. Imagine white light traveling from the source of the river (it does not matter if you don’t know where that is just by your intention, it will do so), all the way down the river as it gets wider and slower flowing. Imagine it all encompased in this purifying white light being energetically healed and cleansed all the way out to the sea and into part of the sea too where the river discharges. You can then imagine the whole world glowing with your healing white light. All the Elementals and the physical living creatures and plants will at a subtle level feel this healing and thank you.
